Emperor Divers' newest resort, Wadi Sabarah, is set to be a new southern hotspot with a unique twist – it is based in a botanical garden, and exudes tranquility and calmness, so will ensure a trip like no other.

The Wadi Sabarah Lodge and Botanical Gardens has 46 rooms and three suites, and is built out of traditional stone with bespoke architecture, and every room has a seaview terrace or balcony.

There is an infinity pool, 400 metres of natural beach, and 700 metres of pristine fringing reef accessible by jetty. Editorial Director Mark Evans is out there at this moment, and he had a fantastic dive on the house reef, including a nice encounter with an octopus.

There is an onsite solar farm, and a library, exhibits and a gallery to inspire and educate.

As well as great diving – Emperor also offer speedboat runs to Elphinstone, dayboats from Port Ghalib, and minibus trips to nearby shore dives – there are also unique jeep scenic tours to the wadis. Mark checked this out today too, and it was an incredible experience not to be missed.
