Jake Davies, aka JD Scuba, is a Welsh marine biologist, underwater videographer and HSE Professional Scuba diver, and he will be talking about the sharks that can be found off the coast of North Wales at the GO Diving Show.

The GO Diving Show returns from 4-5 March, and Jake will be on the Inspiration / Photo Stage from 12.30pm-1.15pm on the Sunday.

As a marine biologist, Jake's work is focused on working to better understand sharks such as angel sharks off the Welsh coast through Angel Shark Project: Wales. As an underwater videographer, he's captured a range of unique behaviours, including the first underwater footage of the angel shark off the UK coast.

He's had credited footage on numerous TV programmes from BBC to Disney, with features in front and behind the camera. As a HSE diver, he has worked on a number of media productions along with light inshore commercial diving work.

Through sharing underwater videos and photos of amazing and unique wildlife/habitats that are found beneath the waves along the Welsh Coast, as well as abroad, he hopes to inspire people to go beneath the waves and make the underwater world more accessible for all.
