Kids Sea Camp founder Margo Peyton is to be inducted into the International Scuba Diving Hall of Fame in recognition of her groundbreaking contributions to the diving world.

Her nomination was announced at the Beneath the Sea show in New Jersey at the weekend, and she will be officially inducted into the prestigious group on 28 September in Grand Cayman.

As a single mother, Margo bravely launched Kids Sea Camp two and a half decades ago. Her determination has fostered a global community of young divers and their families. The company began with just seven families on its first dive trip in Curacao. It has now expanded to host over 500 families annually, traveling globally for 25 weeks each year. This impressive growth is a testament to Kids Sea Camp's significant role in promoting diving as a family activity.
