We are now only a few months away from the GO Diving Show, the premier diving event of 2024 – and the UK's only dive show – and for this year, it promises more than ever for visitors.
For 2024, the GO Diving Show (2-3 March 2024) has expanded to a sprawling 10,000 sq metres, encompassing all three main halls at the NAEC Stoneleigh Park, which offers more floorspace for an ever-growing list of exhibitors, including manufacturers, tour operators, charter boats, resorts, tourist boards, retailers, liveaboards, marine conservation groups, charities and training agencies.
As with previous years, the GO Diving Show strives to provide an entertaining and informative experience for visitors, so interspersed among all the exhibition stands you will find a plethora of attractions to suit all ages, including breath-hold workshops, the ever-popular Cave, trydive pool for DSDs, sidemount and rebreather dives, virtual-reality diving simulators, an interactive bouldering wall, and much more.
This year there is also a huge seating area next to the pub for networking and socialising with friends and fellow divers. The perfect place to relax with a drink, and discuss future diving adventures, equipment purchases and potential courses with your dive buddies.
The GO Diving Show also prides itself on the quality of its speaker line-up, and for 2024, we have added an additional stage, so there is now the Main Stage, the Photo Stage/Inspiration Stage, and dedicated stages for Tech and UK diving.
This year, the Main Stage – MCed by the redoubtable Andy Torbet as always – plays host to an array of shining lights from the world of diving, including fan-favourites Monty Halls and Miranda Krestovnikoff (both making a welcome return after a bit of a hiatus), technical diving icon Jarrod Jablonski, freediving guru Kirk Krack, underwater photography doyen Alex Mustard, and stunt performer and marine conservationist Sarah Donohue.
Tickets for the event are on sale now, and represent fantastic value for money. Standard tickets are £25, which includes booking and admin fees, complimentary parking and, best of all, they are valid for both the Saturday and the Sunday, so you can make a full weekend of it. That's just £12.50 per day!
Adding even more value, on the Saturday evening, the Main Stage screen will be home to the award-winning films of the Ocean Film Festival, which will be touring the UK in spring – and standard ticket holders are welcome to attend as part of their weekend ticket. NB: Tickets for those wishing to attend the Ocean Film Festival only are £14.94 including admin and booking fees.
