Rork Media Limited, the leading publisher of the global Scuba Diver Magazine (and associated websites, social media and YouTube Channel), is looking for an experienced and dynamic sales professional to manage their dive store distribution network throughout North America.
Rork Media Limited are seeking a Dive Store Distribution Manager to acquire and manage dive stores to distribute Scuba Diver Magazine throughout North America. As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for cold calling new locations to sell the benefits of stocking the magazine, and maintaining existing relationships to ensure we’re not over- or under-stocking distributors. You should be an outgoing, resilient sales professional who is used to cold calling with an understanding of dive store operations and a passion for scuba diving. You will be expected to work closely with the editorial team to ensure we’re up to date with the latest news and developments in the diving industry. Flexible working, $1,500 monthly plus a bonus for reaching agreed targets.
• Strong sales approach and ability to close deals.
• Experience in cold calling and building relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of dive store operations and the diving industry.
• Passion for scuba diving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• US Based and available to commit to 15 hours a week.
This is a short-term freelance contract with the possibility of an extension for the right candidate.
