DAN announces DEMA party and seminar schedule

Join DAN and your fellow dive industry professionals at the DAN Member Social at DEMA for an evening of conversation, drinks, and a taste of New Orleans on Tuesday 14 November, 6pm–9pm at the Sugar Mill (right across the street from the convention centre).

Meet With DAN

If you’re planning to be at the DEMA Show in New Orleans (14-17 November), make an appointment to meet with DAN (Booth 2236) and learn what the organisation can do for your dive business. Divers Alert Network has numerous programmes you can benefit from, including Student Membership, rewards for new member referrals, and discounts on both retail products and professional liability insurance.

Seminars

DAN also invites you to attend their seminars in Room 288. DAN researchers, medics, and safety experts will be speaking on issues of vital interest to dive pros and dive business owners, including rebreathers, mitigating liability risks, children and diving, cancer, aging, and much more.

Plus, DAN Instructors can attend a 2024 update or upgrade to Version 3.0 of DAN’s first aid courses. And if you would like to become a DAN Instructor or Instructor Trainer, DAN is offering an Instructor Qualifying Course (IQC) and an Instructor Trainer Workshop (ITW) in New Orleans on 11, 12 and 13 November 11 (the Saturday, Sunday, and Monday before DEMA Show).
