INTRO2TECH is a three-day event arranged at the popular inland dive site of Capernwray that is designed to provide you with trydives on CCR/DPV/Twinset/Sidemount, and have workshops to improve existing skills, covering CCR/Twinset/Sidemount/linelaying/buoyancy/tech rescue.

Entrance to the site for the event, which runs over 5, 6 and 7 July, is covered in the price, and instructors at the event include Olivier van Overbeek, Mark Powell, Thomas Aucott, Duncan Simpson and Karl Kruger.

You can establish your own schedule (where possible) and pick the sessions you want to attend. Any skills you build up during the event will be credited towards future certifications with TDI – for example, if you do several basic and advanced trydives on sidemount, as well as an advanced buoyancy workshop, you will get this credited towards becoming certified. This means that your course will be shorter and will cost you less when completed with any of the event instructors.

The event is designed to be a real feel-good event, not scary, not difficult, but lighthearted and fun while trying new diving styles. The organisers have confirmed on-site representation from the following brands so far: Santi, Halcyon, Suex, Ammonite, Apeks and XDEEP.
