New Thermal X-Core Vest from Fourth Element Unveiled

-

Feel the chill during deeper dives or in cooler waters? Fourth Element has introduced a minimalist vest that provides extreme thermal protection for ‘longer, safer, more comfortable dives.’

Eco-conscious divers looking to extend their season can layer up with the new X-Core thermal vest from the brand – its warmest undergarment ever.

Made from 76% recycled post-consumer plastic waste and fully BlueSign® and Oeko-Tex® certified, the vest is designed to be worn under an Arctic, Arctic Expedition, Halo 3D or any other drysuit undergarment. The company is shipping the vest plastic free, upping its environmental credentials.

The X-Core augments thermal protection to the extent that electric heating can be avoided in many instances. It performs best over a lightweight baselayer such as J2 or Xerotherm but the X-Core can also be worn as a next to skin garment for critical core protection.

X-Core retail price: US$149.90/127 Euros. View the range on the Fourth Element website.
