With World Oceans Day 2019 just a month away – on 8 June – Fourth Element co-founder Jim was interviewed by Ellen Cuylaerts about Mission 2020, which aims to gather pledges from dive industry stakeholders to make a fundamental change by World Oceans Day in 2020.
