After a 21 Month Hiatus Fiji is finally reopening.

Fiji Reopening

As Fiji prepares to welcome foreign travelers back for the first time after a 21-month hiatus on all travel and tourism, there’s no better time to book a trip to the island nation’s pristine shores––an 11 hour nonstop flight time from both LA and SF––as the definitive bucket list island destination for 2022. As Fiji’s most sophisticated private island resort for all types of travelers, VOMO Island Fiji is known for embodying heartfelt luxury, offering guests the ultimate once-in-a-lifetime secluded South Pacific escape.

With a family first mentality, VOMO is incredibly proud to be one of the few island resorts that retained every member of their 120 staff throughout the pandemic and is proud of its 100% vaccination rate across all team members. The VOMO family looks forward to welcoming guests back to the island, where they’ll be introduced to a multitude of new and notable property enhancements including:

A Life Without Limits

If the past year has taught us anything, it’s to live life to the fullest. VOMO invites travelers to take in the blissful benefits of the nation’s unparalleled natural environment and “Bula” spirit with new unlimited, all-inclusive packages for a truly personalized experience:

Distinctive New Island Accommodations: New Beachfront Luxury Residences

The epitome of privacy, luxury, and space, VOMO will introduce two brand new luxury beachfront residences, each with their own private pool, multitude of al fresco entertainment spaces, ocean views, and direct beach access. The stunning four-bedroom (Talei Taki) and five-bedroom (Reef House) vacation homes were thoughtfully designed and provide a flawless multi-generational family paradise.

Sustainability Initiatives

Committed to reducing their human footprint, VOMO used Fiji’s border closure to build a freshwater bottling plant on the island, with a goal of eradicating the use of single plastic bottles. VOMO has also eradicated the use of small single bottles of toiletries and replaced all with a locally made organic product called NAMA. The exclusive VOMO scented soap, lotion, and hair products are bottled into locally made Fijian pottery for guest bathrooms.

VOMO is also home to world-class culinary offerings, featuring produce that is sourced sustainably from the property’s own gardens.

Please let us know if you would be interested in featuring VOMO Island Fiji as the ultimate destination for travelers to visit in 2022!
