Samantha Whitcraft, Director of Conservation and Outreach for Aggressor Adventures, has been recognized as DEMA’S 2020 Wave Maker during the annual DEMA awards ceremony.
Whitcraft has extensive experience in pioneering environmental change through creating and executing successful sustainability efforts.
“Aggressor’s core values and successes are a direct reflection of our employees, and this award shines a light on the time and energy Samantha spends leading many of Aggressor’s most-impactful sustainability efforts,” said Aggressor Chairman and CEO Wayne Brown. “We could not be more ecstatic for this well-deserved recognition.”
One of Whitcraft’s most-impressive feats with Aggressor was the creation of its Green the Fleet sustainability initiative, expanding and formalizing all existing green operations. This included developing an extensive company-wide guide around environmental best practices for all destinations and corporate headquarters.
Whitcraft joined Aggressor Adventures in December 2016. She also leads the Sea of Change Foundation as its Executive Director.
